Welcome to Broughton Studio B, a boutique green screen and podcast studio in Lake Balboa, California. We're just minutes from downtown Los Angeles.

We built this studio for creators, coaches, podcasters, and small production teams. It’s private, semi-soundproof, and designed to support high-quality work.

Whether you're filming, livestreaming, or podcasting, we give you a space that makes it easy to focus on creating — not troubleshooting.

At Broughton Studio B, we offer flexible services to match your creative needs. Whether you’re working solo or with a team, you’ll find the setup and support you need.

📸 Studio Rental Packages

Each package gives you access to:

• A seamless green screen wall
• 3-camera setup (live-switch ready)
• Pro lighting grid
• Podcast/news desk
• Streaming gear
• On-site tech support

2-Hour Session – $300 Ideal for quick shoots or content updates.

Half-Day (4 Hours) – $600 Includes everything above, plus a Director’s Monitor Box and craft services.

Full Day (8 Hours) – $1,000 Adds kitchen access and advanced A/V setup.

Make sure to include setup and teardown in your reserved time. We charge $125/hour for overtime.

You can upgrade your rental with any of these services:

• Camera Operator or Remote Producer – $85/hr
• Livestream Setup – $200 flat
• Custom Green Screen Backgrounds – $150/project
• Post-Production Suite Access – Quote available upon request
• Craft Services – $25–$50 per person, per day (prepaid)

These add-ons help you scale your project based on your vision.

📋 Booking Policies

We keep our booking process clear and simple:

• Book directly through The LGBTQBizList
• Pay a $150 non-refundable studio fee for each 2-hour block
• Reschedule at no cost within 48 hours of booking
• Pay your full rental balance and add-ons on arrival
• Provide craft services for sessions over 4 hours
• We recommend production insurance, but it’s optional

These policies ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
